Your tasks As a Automation Designer (m/f/x) in the Center of Digitization, you will be involved in automation projects, working closely with process experts and automation process analysts to develop a process design that can be automated and carry out its technical implementation with the aid of tools for Robotic Process Automation (UiPath) and Digital Process Automation/Workflow (Bizagi) and other technologies such as OCR, ML and a few more.

Your tasks As Team Lead HR/Procurement Automation Process Analyst you will manage a team of 5-7 automation process analysts, delivering automation projects across all GBS business functions (Finance, HR, Corporate Real Estate, etc.). You will be responsible for coordinating the different project engagements, supporting and coaching your team members, yearly target setting and helping them to shape their individual career paths.
