If you have experience with consumer healthcare customer interaction it is a great advantage. You have a proven track record of running global projects showcasing your ability to lead indirectly and making a positive impact on business and collaborations. Strong communication skills are key to success and besides fluency in English (written and spoken) you have an international mindset and the ability to work in a matrix environment.
YOUR ROLE You are responsible for the supplier management including selection and evaluation as well as building effective working relationships You direct the complete procurement process including issuing of the tender, evaluating proposals as well as preparing and executing price, quantity and contract negotiations To provide a true competitive advantage for Capri Sun you develop sourcing strategies that improve the value of the respective goods or service You analyze market trends, emerging technologies and the supplier landscape for your respective area of responsibility and share this information appropriately You show flexibility in supporting the senior indirect manager on various projects Internally you collaborate closely with interfaces in Project Management, QM, Logistics, Engineering and Finance You define and develop new procurement processes and optimize existing ones (incl. process representations) YOUR PROFILE You successfully completed a technical, commercial or economic-technical oriented degree (e. g. business administration with focus on purchasing/logistics/supply chain management or industrial engineering) You have at least 3 years’ experience in sourcing of machine components You have a high affinity for and a good understanding of technologies and trends As a person you have a hands-on attitude with a high level of commitment, and you feel comfortable with working in a dynamic, highly entrepreneurial company Ideally you have experience in leading and developing teams You have strong communication skills in German and in English You are willing to travel on a regular basis You demonstrate good ERP knowledge (ideally SAP MM) and confidence in handling of MS Office programs WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT You have the chance to contribute significantly to the mission of Capri Sun to become the world’s most sustainable kids drink company.
