Sammlung, Prüfung, Aufbereitung und Analyse von Fakten und Dokumentationen zur Bewertung der jeweiligen Situation Mitarbeit bei der Definition der kommerziellen und rechtlichen Strategie gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten Erstellung von Berichten und Empfehlungen zum bestmöglichen Umgang mit Claims und Streitigkeiten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Commercial Project Managern und anderen relevanten Abteilungen zur Bewertung und Steuerung von Streitigkeiten – stets faktenbasiert, nachvollziehbar und verlässlich Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Claims Management; Erkennen von Schwachstellen und aktive Mitwirkung an deren Verbesserung Sie sind verantwortungsbewusst, agil und verfügen über ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen Berufserfahrung im Vertrags- und Claims Management im Anlagenbau, idealerweise im Energieumfeld Abgeschlossenes technisches, kaufmännisches oder juristisches Studium sowie die Fähigkeit, Claims sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch zu bearbeiten Fundierte Erfahrung im Management, der Durchsetzung oder Abwehr von Claims sowie in der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominimierung und Claim-Prävention in verschiedenen EMEA-Märkten Ausgezeichnetes Urteilsvermögen in geschäftlichen wie auch zwischenmenschlichen Angelegenheiten.
